Shipping and Returns
FOR THESE CHRISTMAS DATES, ALL PURCHASES MADE FROM NOVEMBER 14 WILL HAVE A PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN UNTIL JANUARY 8, 2025 INCLUSIVE.
If you want to make a return/exchange or have a question about your shipment:
Write us an email at cliente@frambua.com indicating your name, order number and indicating the size/model for which you want to make the exchange/return or information about your shipment.
We inform you of the conditions:
SHIPPING
- SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal costs €3.50. Two free delivery attempts will be accepted, including those made by courier. Additional attempts will be subject to the cost of a new delivery and will incur an additional cost of €4.50.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Price to be consulted on the website. The corresponding rates will be applied at the end of the purchase, once the shipping address has been entered. Frambuã will not be responsible for the amount of the Customs costs, nor will it be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
- INTERNATIONAL
International shipments will take more or less time depending on the destination. You can contact us by writing to us at cliente@frambua.com
Country-specific rates will be applied at checkout, once the shipping address has been entered.
The recipient will be responsible for all import charges and taxes incurred at the destination customs office, whether or not the goods are delivered to the recipient. Frambuã will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
CHANGES
- SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Because we know that buying a garment online is sometimes a bit more difficult due to doubts that arise about sizes, at Frambuã we want to make it as easy as possible for you:
Do you have doubts about the size?
Don't be afraid of not getting the size right because the first size change is free for mainland Spain and Portugal, and we will take care of making the change. We will collect the order at the address indicated and deliver the new one. For changes you can write to us at cliente@frambua.com or call us at 677810503.
Sometimes you may get the size you need and you are not sure if it is the right size for you or if it is a bigger or smaller size. Don't worry, we will send you the second pair so you can try on both sizes and confirm your size. Once you have decided on the size, we will pick up the remaining pair at your home. Why do we do this? Because we want you to get your size right and enjoy your purchase to the fullest. To request the second pair, you can write to us at cliente@frambua.com or call us at 677810503.
Frambuã reserves the right not to accept more than one free exchange for each order placed by the customer.
You do not have the privilege of free size exchange, if you buy the same product in two sizes on the same ticket. Nor if you want to make a change of model, or a second change of size. Both will be managed as a return and not as an exchange.
If the order is placed from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, size changes are not free, so it will be processed as a return and new purchase. The order will be refunded once the returned product has arrived in its original condition.
If there is no stock for the exchange, Frambuã is not obliged to replace it, since if there is no stock there is no possibility of exchange and it must be done through the return process.
- INTERNATIONAL
To make a size change, you must send us an email with your order number to cliente@frambua.com indicating that you want to make a change so we can monitor its arrival, and you must also send the item to Frambua, C/ Anastasio Nieto 11, Oficina 21, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid) Spain.
International orders will be returned by a shipping agency of the customer's choice.
RETURNS
- SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
You can return the product without any problem, and the amount of the product will be refunded, provided that the return is made within 14 calendar days from the day on which the courier has scheduled delivery of the order to the customer. To do so, you must send us an email to cliente@frambua.com requesting the return of product X and informing us of the order number.
However, if 14 days have passed since the order was available for delivery or collection and the order has not been delivered or collected for reasons not attributable to Frambua or the transport company, we will understand that there will be no right to a refund of the order.
Frambuã is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is a mistake on our part or in the case of a defect), but we will help manage it at all times, as we will be in charge of the collection, which will cost 2.5 euros per order within the Peninsula and Portugal (it is always cheaper than sending it on your own). This cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
Another option we offer is that, instead of deducting the shipping cost, you can exchange it for a voucher for the amount of the return cost to spend on your next purchase, and thus not have return costs.
For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the return price will be the same as the shipping price.
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labelling intact, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected.
Frambuã will proceed to refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the order. All returns will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL
If you wish, you can return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from when the courier company has made the first delivery of the order.
However, if 14 days have passed since the order was available for delivery or collection and the order has not been delivered or collected for reasons not attributable to Frambuã or the transport company, we will understand that there will be no right to a refund of the order.
To return an order/item, you must send us an email with your order number to cliente@frambua.com indicating that you want to return your order so that we can monitor its arrival, and you must also send the item to Frambua, C/ Anastasio Nieto 11, Oficina 21, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid) Spain.

Please remember to write all your details on the outside of the package to ensure a quick passage through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in the return - and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labelling intact, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected.
A note must be placed inside the box containing the following information: the person who placed the order, the order number and the product you wish to return. The brown box must be sealed.
Frambuã will proceed to refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the product. All returns will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
