Free Changes
Don't worry if you don't get the size right, because both the first size change and the first model change are free, and we will take care of making the change. Returns
You can return the product without any problem, and the amount of the same will be refunded, provided that the return is made within 15 days from when the order has been delivered to the transport agency (MRW). The only cost is that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Doubts about the size
Sometimes you may receive a size and you are not sure if that size is right for you or if it is a bigger or smaller size. Don't worry, we will send you the second pair so you can try on both sizes and confirm your size. Once you have decided on the size, we will pick up the remaining pair at your home.
